Product Listings & Quality Assurance 1. **Accuracy** — Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, high-resolution imagery, exact stock quantities, and authentic brand details. 2. **QA Approval** — New product listings submitted by sellers are subject to Admin QA review before publishing live on the storefront. 3. **Prohibited Items** — Sellers must strictly adhere to the Prohibited Products List. Selling counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous items will result in immediate suspension. ## 3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping SLA 1. **Fulfillment Window** — Sellers agree to pack and dispatch orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. 2. **Tracking Numbers** — Valid carrier tracking AWB numbers must be uploaded upon dispatch. 3. **Packaging Standards** — Products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage. ## 4.
